In order for us to send a service technician to site to evaluate your Air conditioner, we will require the following information including credit card details in the event that the cause of the problem is diagnosed as non-warranty. (Refer to Warranty Terms & Conditions below) If the fault is covered by warranty, the parts and repair will be covered at no charge and your credit card details will be disposed of in a secure manner. If your claim is considered to be non-warranty, your credit card will debited to pay AirVic Pty Ltd on completion of the job in full.
In addition, as stated in the Warranty Terms & Conditions (below), if your suburb is beyond our coverage zone you will incur a travelling fee payable by MasterCard or Visa card prior to attending.
Minimum cost for NON warranty jobs is: $220 Including GST Call out Fee including the 1st Hour of Service, Plus $110.00 per Hour thereafter.
A receipt of purchase, Plumbing & Electrical compliance certificates are required to be sighted by our service technician on arrival. Failure to produce these documents may void equipment warranty.
